Imperia Entertainment’s All That I Need Publicity Blitz Leads to Additional Theater for Opening in Dallas
Beverly Hills, Calif., (Entertainment Wire) Nov. 22, 2005—Imperia Entertainment, Inc/ (OTC:IPRE) announced today that its publicity blitz has led to the addition of another theater, The “UA Galaxy Stadium 10” in Dallas Texas, which adds up to 27 screens in 11 states for the film’s initial release December 2nd through 10th. “Cast members have traveled to communities surrounding all 27 theaters in an attempt to get the word out about the movie, and it appears to be working,” said Kenneth Eade, Chairman. Radio stations in Texas, California and Florida are touting the film and giving away free passes. Interviews with Director James Hergott will appear in local newspapers, and he will be featured in television interviews on ABC and CBS affiliates in Texas. Film critics from Orlando to Sacramento, where an interview with Hergott will appear in the “Sacramento Bee” will review the film. Special screenings for critics in Dallas and Houston, the fourth largest city in the U.S., have been set up at Regal affiliate theaters. A special premiere event is planned for Orange County, where the film was set, shot, and produced.
Cast members have taken their own measures to plug the film, streaking down the Venice Beach boardwalk nude, with another stunt planned for Orange County. The film itself is all anyone really needs to understand its nascent success. A cinema verite film in the genre of The Blair Witch Project, the story explores how jealousy and greed combine to create tensions and friendship-testing pressures on a group of young people who start a money-making pyramid scheme. The “fly on the wall” approach to storytelling and the open, honest portrayals by up and coming actors draws the audience into their world of schemes and dreams.

Imperia Entertainment Announces Wild Promotion to Sell Theater Tickets
to Theatrical Release of `All That I Need`BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Nov 03, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/
-- From condoms on the red carpet at Cannes to chaining themselves to
the doors of the theaters, members of the cast of Imperia
Entertainment Inc.'s (OTC Pink Sheets: IPRE) first feature film, "All
That I Need" ( http://www.allthatineed.net ) have done some crazy
things to promote the film, which opens December 2nd on multiple
screens, as crazy as the antics portrayed in the film itself.Described by industry experts as "irritatingly compelling" and
"annoyingly watchable," "All That I Need" captures the unfolding of a
middle-class pyramid scheme in "fly on the wall" cinema verite style,
which leaves most viewers wondering "is it real or not?" The cast will
not tell you. They can't. They are under contract with a $5 million
penalty clause for revealing any secrets of the film. But that doesn't
stop them from volunteering to promote the film in wild and
unconventional ways, such as streaking across a sports field with "All
That I Need, The Movie" written across their naked bodies. The
grassroots promotion, supplemented by an estimated $1 million in
print, television and radio advertising, begins this weekend.About "All That I Need"

Imperia Entertainment Issues Letter to Shareholders
BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Sep 08, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Imperia
Entertainment, Inc. (Pink Sheets:IPRE) President James Hergott issued
the following letter to shareholders, which is posted on the company's
website, at www.imperiaentertainment.com:Dear Shareholders:
I would like to introduce myself; James Hergott, the new president of
Imperia Entertainment Inc. I believe communication is very important
in any relationship, be it loved ones, friends, employees or
shareholders. So with that in mind, I felt that it would be beneficial
to all involved to write letters to the shareholders from time to time
to inform investors about the state of the company. Billionaire Warren
Buffett of Berkshire Hathaway is famous for his letters to
shareholders and also the President of the United States often gives
his State of the Union address as a way to communicate to the people
he serves.Obviously the first thing I must address is the stock price, as many
are concerned about the recent drop in market price. In the opinion of
our management, the Company's stock is undervalued. In fact, our
projected revenue far exceeds the market value of the company at this
point. I am a filmmaker and as such I am focused on the business of
making movies. I feel that if the company is strong and when we start
receiving revenue from all of our assets, eventually the market will
follow. This will prove to be advantageous for those of you who have
bought stock at such low prices. I have noticed that many investors,
while understanding stocks, do not necessarily understand the
entertainment business. One of the advantages of creating content such
as a movie, is that it can keep being sold (as long as you retain the
rights) and it provides an income for many years, but only the initial
production cost needs to be incurred. I am simplifying the process of
course, but it will help illustrate the advantage of having movies in
the "can," so to speak. As our company develops, we will continue to
have new assets that will bring in revenue for many years to come. Our
revenue projections estimate the initial release of "All That I Need"
will result in earnings to the company of up to $9 million in revenue,
if the release is extended beyond its current one week run, and up to
$11 million in DVD, cable, pay per view, Internet and foreign sales in
the next six months.I recently received a letter from a shareholder and I wanted to share
it with you, as well as my response, to give you some insight about
the state of the company and what my plans are for the future. I have
changed the shareholder's name for purposes of privacy."Dear Mr. Hergott:
As an investor in Imperia Entertainment, we have been watching the
continuous slide in IPRE stock price with dismay. Could you please
provide the following information: besides the November limited
release, what are the other significant milestones you see for the
company over the next 6-12 months? Have insiders sold any shares over
the past 6 months? I look forward to an expeditious response, as we
are considering further investment if warranted.
Regards, Robert MorganDear Mr. Morgan,
This is James Hergott, I am the director of "All That I Need" and the
new President of IPRE. I will answer your questions as best I can. In
my opinion the stocks are very much undervalued. Not only because the
price of the stock is so low, but because of the number of milestones
on the horizon. I was put in this position because I'm a doer, not a
talker. The following is a list of upcoming milestones: -ATIN will be
released this November as you stated. Getting a movie released in
theaters is no easy matter. To give you some statistics, the Cannes
film festival gets approximately 6000 movies submitted in a year, of
that, they only choose approximately 150 films. Out of that, maybe
only 10 movies will actually get released into theaters. So from a
percentage point of view, we are in the top 1% of the top 1%. It is my
goal to release the movie in a way very similar to "March of the
Penguins." If we sell well the first week, then this is very
plausible. Here is the release schedule for "March of the Penguins":$137,492 (USA) (26 June 2005) (4 Screens)
$525,391 (USA) (4 July 2005) (20 Screens)
$1,019,357 (USA) (10 July 2005) (64 Screens)
$1,515,059 (USA) (17 July 2005) (132 Screens)
$4,382,340 (USA) (24 July 2005) (695 Screens)
$4,030,894 (USA) (31 July 2005) (778 Screens)
$7,117,206 (USA) (7 August 2005) (1,867 Screens)
$6,848,205 (USA) (14 August 2005) (2,063 Screens)
$6,487,696 (USA) (21 August 2005) (2,102 Screens)As you can see, March of the Penguins actually started on only 4
screens, which is less screens than our movie. The other important
thing about having a movie in theaters is that this drives everything
else. Since our movie is in theaters it greatly increases how it sells
on DVD, cable, both in the US and other countries. The majority of
this income will come in with in the first 2-3 years after the movie's
release in theaters. So the movie will be sold and distributed to
several locations after the movie's release in theaters. So over the
following three years, there will be several ways to profit from the
movie. -The movie "Worlds Apart" will be shot this fall, it will be
released and will generate an income over the next few years, much in
the same way that ATIN will. -Our Autograph show has sold really well
and is in several homes on the dish network. We will be getting
advertising dollars for the commercial breaks as per our individual
distribution deals. This will be another income, as well as we can
sell this show to other places, both here and in other countries. All
in all, Robert I am more focused on the future of the company than
hype. I believe that the biggest reason for the drop in stock is due
to shorters and the fact that we are putting deals together. As time
goes on, it is my opinion that the stocks will reflect all of the
things that are going on. To my knowledge, anyone connected with the
company or the movie has actually gone and bought more stock lately
because the price is so undervalued right now. Since it is smart to
buy when it is low, that's what the people close to the project have
been doing. I would say that there have been more purchases by those
close with the project, lately than at any other time. I hope this
answers your questions. All the best, James Hergott"In closing, I would like to personally thank each and every
shareholder for his or her support. All plans must change slightly,
but I feel that the strategies we are pursuing will cause our
intrinsic value per share to climb over the long-term, creating
long-term shareholder value.Very sincerely yours,
James Hergott, President, Imperia Entertainment, Inc.

IMPERIA ENTERTAINMENT ANNOUNCES MPAA RATING OF “R” FOR “ALLTHAT I NEED”
Film will be theatrically released on November 4 - 10 in Regal Cinemas, and United Artists and Edwards Theatres
BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., September 6, 2005 (Entertainment Wire) – Imperia Entertainment, Inc. (IPRE.PK) announced today that its feature film, “All That I Need,” (www.AllThatINeed.net) , has received a rating of “R” from the Motion Picture Association of America. “All That I Need will be released by the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Imperia International Distribution, on multiple screens of Regal Entertainment Group’s (NYSE: RGC - News) Regal Cinemas, United Artists Theatres and Edwards Theaters chains from November 4 through 10, 2005 in Arizona, Nevada, California, Florida, New York, New Jersey, Oregon and Texas. If the first week is a success, and leads to a wider release, the company projects its share of the revenues over a four week period could be a total of $9,081,948. “The company is happy about receiving an R rating, because this increases the potential audience for the film over a non-rated or NC-17 rated film,” said James Hergott, President. “All That I Need” is an original Cinema Verite feature in the genre of “The Blair Witch Project,” which also received an R rating.
“This film has a very strong moral message, and is quite entertaining as well,” said Hergott, who is also the producer and director of the film. “The R rating was given due to language, but R rated movies traditionally do well, and I believe the movie will appeal to a wide age range of adults who have a healthy sense of humor; especially those who have ever seen or been part of a pyramid scheme,” he added.

About the Producer
James Hergott, at the helm of his own production company, Hergott Productions, successfully conceived, wrote, produced, directed and promoted "All That I Need," was screened at the Cannes Film Festival in May 2005. Hergott attended York University, where he studied film and philosophy. While still a student, he founded his first business venture, the establishment of a "900 line" for jobs across Canada. In 1999, in collaboration with Producer Tarquin Gotch (Home Alone), he co-wrote the screenplay, "Brothers," and served as Associate Producer of "Call Me Donald," a biography on Donald Trump. Perhaps his greatest business accomplishment to date has been to establish a non-studio distribution system for motion pictures, which he will continue to develop at the helm of the company.

announced today that it has appointed "All That I Need" Director and
Producer, James Hergott, as the President of the Company. Kenneth
Eade will resign as CEO and president, but will remain as a consultant
and the company's attorney. "I am very pleased that James has
accepted the helm of Soleil," said outgoing CEO Kenneth Eade. "His
enthusiasm and talent will be a great asset to this company," he
added.James Hergott, at the helm of his own production company, Hergott
Productions, successfully produced, directed and promoted the widely
anticipated "All That I Need," a Cinema Verite feature in the genre of
"The Blair Witch Project." He attended York University, where he
studied film and philosophy. While still a student, he founded his
first business venture, the establishment of a "900 line" for jobs
across Canada. In 1999, in collaboration with Producer Tarquin Gotch

Associate Producer of "Call Me Donald," a biography on Donald Trump.
His latest film project, "All That I Need," which was conceived,
written, produced and directed by Hergott, was screened at the Cannes

accomplishment to date has been to establish a non-studio distribution
system for motion pictures, which he will continue to develop at the
helm of the company.

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Jul 20, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Soleil Film,
Inc. (Pink Sheets: SFLM) announced today that its feature film, "All
That I Need," is being released nationwide on multiple screens by
Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE: RGC) through its Regal Cinemas,
United Artists Theatres and Edwards Theaters chains on November 4,
2005. Soleil Film expects to begin receiving its share of revenues as
early as the second week of December. The deal, estimated to be worth
approximately $3 million in gross sales over the initial one week
release period, is unique, because it has been contracted directly
with Regal Entertainment Group. James Hergott, Producer and Director
of the film, commented, "Theatrical releases are generally negotiated
by distributors. An agreement like this completely not only defies
convention but also validates our efforts in the making and marketing
of the film."

the world. The Company's theatre circuit, comprising Regal Cinemas,
United Artists Theatres and Edwards Theatres, operates 6,273 screens
in 558 locations in 40 states. Regal operates approximately 18% of all
indoor screens in the United States including theatres in 43 of the
top 50 U.S. markets and growing suburban markets."All That I Need," a Cinema Verite feature in the genre of "The Blair
Witch Project," will be released in theaters in Alabama, Arizona,
Nevada, California, Florida, New York and Texas from November 4, 2005
through November 10, 2005. If this release is successful, the company
has an option for a further wider release with Regal. The company has
already begun a media blitz, with an upcoming cover story on Hergott
and the film in OC Metro, a magazine with a readership of 300,000 in
Orange County, California. "I am ecstatic that James has pulled this
off," said Kenneth Eade, company president. "A theatrical
release...even a limited one...adds tremendous value to a film." He
added, "This is a landmark deal for the company and as such we have
committed over $1 million in prepaid radio, television and print
advertising to promote this release. We also look forward to using
this project to develop an ongoing relationship with Regal
